By Pete Allman

Janet Roston - Las Angeles Rock Opera CompanyThe Color PurpleThere are many choreographers throughout the world. Many of them don't have the desire or time to teach dance technique. However, there are a few award winning choreographers who enjoy teaching the technique of dance, who continue to work in the film and television industry. Janet Roston is one of those rare individuals who live to share her knowledge with her students. Miss Roston creates energetic dance with dynamic visuals that integrate imaginative interpretations of current and vintage pop culture.

Janet Roston received her Master of Arts, Mad Degrees Production, her created entity from UCLA. She was formerly the Director of the Advanced Dance Theater Group of Beverly Hills High School and has worked for various film and television productions.

Janet Roston - BroadwayWorld.Com"When you have a desire to teach dance as I do, you see the rewards of not only seeing students succeed in the dance world, but you also see how dance technique builds character in that individual, giving them confidence to take on challenges in life." That statement has led Janet Roston to be respected as one of the top choreographers in the dance world.
