Welcome to the Grand Spa. Here, the day’s worries melt away as our highly professional staff attends to your comfort. It is our goal to lavish attention on you, so we ask that each guest help us maintain a relaxing, unhurried atmosphere by following the few simple requests below. Thank you.
Spa Tour
To protect the privacy and comfort of our spa guests, we do not offer tours of the Grand Spa lower levels. Viewing of the Fitness Center on the upper level is permitted.
Spa Apparel
The separate Men's and Women's spa areas are a clothing-optional environment. We provide spa robes and sandals. It is recommended during a Body Treatment or Massage that those treatments are enjoyed without clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. All guests are required to take a shower prior to their services. Spa services are best enjoyed without jewelry. Although we provide safety deposit boxes, it’s recommended that you travel light to the spa with little or no jewelry.
Appointment Times
Spa treatment begins at the appointment time, so we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and changing. You’re invited to enjoy our full spa facility prior to or after your treatment. Arriving late will interfere with your treatment time and will reduce the integrity of the treatment. Late arrivals will also be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service time. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment.
Miscellaneous
* You may request a male or female therapist. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist.
* Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment, Salt Scrub or Men's Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four hours prior to your service.
* Massages or body scrubs are not recommended if sunburned.
* Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the Grand Spa.
* Children under 12 are not permitted to use the spa facilities. Young adults between 12 and 18 may enjoy the spa facilities with an adult present.
* We are unable to offer massages or skin care services to anyone under the age of 18.
* Nail care is available starting at age 12.
* In order to protect our peaceful environment, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off while at the spa.

The Dreaming Ritual is a tribal-inspired service that begins with a foot soak and proceeds into an exfoliation, body mask and scalp treatment with indigenous healing elements from Australia. Japanese Yuzu Ritual (100 Minutes - $280)
Yuzu, known as Japanese grapefruit, is rich in organic acids that aid in pain relief, improved circulation and skin smoothing. This refreshing ritual begins with a Yuzu body scrub. This is followed by a choice of a Sake or White Tea body wrap and a Shiatsu scalp massage. Both Sake and White Tea are known for their anti-oxidant properties. Finally, unwind with a 50-minute Shiatsu-Combination massage performed with Yuzu body butter.
Amazon Rainforest Ritual (100 Minutes - $280)
This healing ritual begins with a Plantain and Cocoa Powder body scrub. A healing and moisturizing body wrap, featuring the native South American herb Una de Gato, used for many years to stimulate the immune system and to reduce inflammation will follow this. You will receive a rejuvenating foot massage during the body wrap and your service will end with a 50-minute rhythmic massage using Cocoa butter or Passion Flower oil. This service is sure to rock and release any tension you might be carrying.
Icelandic Fire and Ice Experience (E, R, L, G) (100 Minutes - $280)
Derived from the barren land of Iceland, this treatment is based on elements that are harvested from geo-thermal pools and the sea. This energizing treatment begins with a salt scrub made from geo-thermal Brine Salt, Sea Salt and Icelandic Sea Kelp. A moisturizing body wrap follows the body scrub with Icelandic Sea Kelp and Spruce oil. A friction foot massage is given during the body wrap. Turkish Hamam Ritual (100 Minutes - $280)
The treatment originates from the Turkish Hamam, which is a spa tradition dating back thousands of years, popular throughout the Mediterranean region. The ritual begins with a scrub made with Turkish coffee grinds and Brown Sugar blended with crushed Walnut Husks and fragrant Cinnamon and Cardamom. The body wrap that follows contains coffee extract, which will stimulate the tissues for cellulite reduction. Milk proteins, Aloe and Seaweed help nourish the skin. Enjoy a scalp massage during the body wrap before beginning a vigorous, deep pressure massage, performed with Orange or Lavender body butter.
