i flew with my family for my 21st birthday to las vegas hoping to enjoy it but instead had about the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. In a city that thrives on hotels one would figure that the businesses would have excellent customer service right? Not the case at the rio! i would advise everyone to never stay there,not only are the hallways dirty from left over trays at all hours of the night but it is nearly impossible to get a maid. And to top it all of we had someone break into our room and the hotel did nothing of any sort to compinsate or ensure our safety they sent a bell-boy up to move us into another room where there was no hot water or light bulbs. i could go on for hours about the nightmare of a time i had there. just wanted to warn people DO NOT STAY HERE!

The Rio All-suites hotel/casino is one of the best! The casino is big. The rooms are all suites. They have a nightclub at the top of the building that has THE best views in Vegas. You can see the whole strip from there. The staff catered to every need we had. Whether it be food, maid service, bar staff. The bartenders are awesome. They don't just pour drinks. They throw bottles all over the place and bounce them off their elbows and stuff. Good show! Speaking of good shows. They have the best free show. Yes free. The Masquerade show in the sky is sweeeeetttttt. They throw beads and it is New Orleans esk...The pool is very cool also. The Rio also has the best poker room in town. It is the size of other hotel's casinos. It is where they hold the WSOP. Easy access to the strip. Free shuttles to Ceasers, Ballys, Paris, Harrahs, and the Flamingo. You will thouroughly enjoy yourself at this casino. Just watch out for the back bar, the "working girls" hang out there late night....enjoy...the only reason I didn't get it a five. Pretty smoky because the ceiling in the casino seems super low.
