Le Thai Restaurant - Popular Eatery In Downtown Las Vegas

By Pete Allman

The revitalization of downtown Las Vegas, started by former Mayor Oscar Goodman, has flourished to one of the popular spots for locals and tourist. Le Thia Restaurant, managed by Shauna Dong, is one of the new businesses on Fremont Street, packed for lunch and dinner on a consistent basis. Why, with first Fridays and The Fremont Street Experience, along with the various clubs, The Fremont Street Experience Las Vegas is a great way to make a night of it. That's just what Celebrity Scene News journeyed to.

So, what's for dinner at Le Thai. How about a sensational Pod Thai noodle dish. This dish can be ordered as a vegetarian dish with tofu or with chicken, shrimp, or beef.

The ingredients include rice noodles, vegetables, such as peppers, carrots, broccoli, and zucchini, with a fish sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, cilantro and peanuts. Some Thai restaurants use tamarind paste and others use limes. Regardless of the recipe, Le Thia's recipes are excellent. When ordering your entree, specify how hot you want the spices to be. The normal order would be a 2 for mild.lethai004_244
